Is There A Payment Plan Available?Payment plans are available by request and approval is on a case by case basis. Please send an email to Taiisha@TaiishaBradley.com if you would like to request a payment plan.

Are There Different Media Guests at Each Event?Each event is carefully curated based on its theme, and we invite media guests who are the best fit for that particular theme. While you may encounter media guests from the same publications at different events, it's important to note that they would be different individuals who specialize in various topics or types of content. Moreover, we have media guests who accept pitches across multiple areas of interest, and they make an effort to attend as many events as possible. As a result, there may be occasional overlap, but rest assured that you'll have the chance to connect with a diverse range of media professionals throughout the events.

How Does It Work?You’ll rotate from virtual breakout rooms online pitching one-on-one, face-to-face with each media attendee. You’ll have five minutes to demonstrate your product or pitch your story ideas or expertise for their upcoming editorials. You’ll receive a response from the media person right then. Accept story pitch, decline story pitch, or a referral to another journalist or media outlet.

How Do I Get On The Waiting List For An Event?If the event you wish to attend is currently sold out, you have the option to join the waiting list. Once you have joined the waiting list, you will be notified if a spot becomes available due to cancellations or changes in registration: Here's how the waiting list works: Visit the event page on the Wix platform. Look for the "Join Waiting List" or similar option on the event page. Click on the "Join Waiting List" button to sign up. Provide the required information in the provided fields. Submit your details to join the waiting list. . This provides you with a chance to secure your place in the event, even if it was initially sold out. Keep an eye on your email inbox for any notifications regarding the availability of spots. Act promptly upon receiving a notification to secure your spot before it's taken by another interested participant.

How Do I Get Ready for the Event?Complete our self paced online course to help you get media ready. Submit your required press information and we’ll forward it to the media participants. Media will receive your press information 2 weeks before the event.

What Kind Of Screening Do You Do For Your Media Attendees?We conduct thorough research on each media RSVP to ensure their suitability for the specific event theme. We review credentials, such as past story placements, and verify that they are independent of any advertising affiliations. Our goal is to ensure that all media guests are reputable media professionals who align with our standards of quality and integrity.

Will There Be Media Guests Charging for Coverage?Absolutely not! Our events exclusively feature editorial media professionals. If anyone attempts to sell you anything or direct you to their ad department, please inform us immediately. We meticulously screen every media attendee, ensuring that they are solely interested in pitches for editorial coverage.

How Do I Contribute to the Media Gift Box?As part of your participation in the event, we kindly request that event participants contribute to the post-event gift box. This curated box will include your product samples or branded swag items, showcasing your offerings to the attending media guests. We will provide further instructions on how to submit your contributions to the gift box after you have completed your registration. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure and potential endorsements from influential media professionals.

How Quickly Do The Media Speed Pitching Events Sell Out?Our media speed pitching events can sell out quickly, with certain events reaching capacity in less than a week, depending on the theme. To secure your spot, we highly recommend registering as early as possible so you don't miss out on the opportunity.

Once the event wraps up, we'll provide you with a comprehensive media contact list that includes ALL media guests who committed to participating.

What Types Of Media Guests Attend?We curate a diverse group of media professionals for each event, including representatives from print, broadcast, and digital platforms. This includes producers, writers, editors, reporters, show hosts, bloggers, vloggers/YouTubers and more. Typically, we have a expect at least 60% of our media guests to be freelance writers from national print and online publications.

Can I Invite A Member Of The Media To Attend?While all media invites are handled exclusively by our team, we value your input and encourage you to share a media wish list consisting of your top 10-20 preferred media outlets that you would like to attend our event. We will take note of your preferences and make every effort to extend a personalized invitation to those outlets on your list.

How Long Is the Event and How Much Time Do I Have to Pitch?Our virtual media speed pitching events span up to 2 hours and begin with a warm welcome and introduction. We then facilitate up to 12 rounds of fast-paced pitching sessions, where participants engage in focused 5-minute one-on-one conversations with media guests.

Will I Know Which Media Outlets Are Attending Prior To The Event?We make it a priority to announce the media guests who have confirmed and committed to participating. But, let's keep it real. The availability of media professionals can change like lightning! We're all familiar with how quickly things can shift in the media world. So, while we provide you with a preliminary list of media guests, please note that it can change right up until the day of the event. We're always working hard behind the scenes to ensure an outstanding lineup of media guests who are genuinely excited to show up and hear your amazing pitches.

What Are Some Of The Media Outlets Are Invited?We invite and anticipate media guests from media outlets like: O, The Oprah Magazine, Essence Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Sweet July, Okay Africa, Real Simple, CBS News, FOX News, PopSugar, Southern Living, Forbes.com, Reader’s Digest, Black Enterprise, MSN, The Miami Herald, The Food Network, Ebony, Cosmopolitan, The Today Show, Okay Africa, and many more!

How Many Media Attendees Can I Expect To Pitch?At our Virtual Media Speed Pitching events, you can anticipate pitching approximately 6-12 media guests. This count encompasses both the media guests who participate live during the event and those who confirmed but were unable to attend. However, you will still have the opportunity to pitch those absent media guests via email, as we will provide their contact information and prior authorization to send pitches to them as part of the Media Circus Publicity event.

How Many Brand Representatives Can Pitch?To ensure an intimate and engaging conversation environment, we kindly request that no more than two representatives from the same brand participate under one registration. This helps maintain the focused and personalized nature of the event, allowing for meaningful interactions between participants and media guests.

Are There Payment Plans Available?While we do not offer payment plans directly for our events, we do accept alternative payment methods that may provide you with flexibility. You can utilize services like Afterpay, Zip (formerly Quad Pay), or PayPal Credit (formerly Bill Me Later) to manage your payments conveniently. These options allow you to spread out the cost of your registration over time, providing greater financial flexibility while securing your participation in our events.
