Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. For Black Friday specials, payment must be received by [insert deadline] to secure the promotional rate. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellations: If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours will incur a $50 fee. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, your booking will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued. 3. Preparation Requirements To make the most of your session, you must: Complete the pre-session intake form at least 48 hours prior to your session. This form collects key details about your story or announcement and helps us tailor the session to your needs. Come prepared with any relevant materials or details about your story, project, or business. 4. Disclaimer The Story Storm session is designed to provide expert guidance on crafting a media angle, identifying newsworthy aspects of your story, and improving your chances of success in media outreach. Results are not guaranteed. Media coverage depends on multiple factors, including timing, market interest, and execution of your outreach efforts. By booking this session, you acknowledge that results may vary and that this service does not guarantee media placements. 5. Communication Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details, a Zoom link (if virtual), and a link to the intake form.
